Every book in our catalog is written by a human and an AI working in the open — drafts visible, arguments auditable, authorship honest. We do not use AI to polish or accelerate human writing. We use it to think differently than either could alone.
The name is deliberate. We release a lot with the expectation that most will fail. Our job is to fail as quickly as possible — and to make the failures instructive. The books that survive are the ones that couldn't be otherwise.
We are not optimizing for bestseller lists. We are optimizing for work that is still true in ten years.
